Your financial files stay with you.

Financial review

CSV parsing, reconciliation, reviewer decisions and workfile encryption run in browser memory. We do not upload this content, use AI model APIs, or save financial reviews in cloud history, localStorage or IndexedDB. You explicitly download receipts or encrypted workfiles. Refresh clears unsaved work. We cannot recover a lost workfile passphrase or erase downloaded copies.

Accounts and payments

Clerk processes sign-in and profile information. Stripe handles payment details and subscription billing. Our separate Leakage Audit database stores account IDs, Stripe references, status and minimal billing-event receipts. These services do not receive source CSVs or workfile passphrases through this app. Identity provider scripts load on account pages, not the financial workspace.

Service operations

Hosting and identity/payment providers process connection and security information needed to deliver their services. We do not add product analytics or financial-file telemetry. Account records and payment records are not erased by clearing an audit.

Support and requests

Contact admin@provhq.com for privacy and account-data requests. Do not email financial files, passwords, private keys or workfile passphrases. Cancel a paid subscription in the Stripe portal before requesting account closure; deleting a Clerk profile alone does not cancel billing. Required financial records may need retention.
